Head of Invention by Eduardo Paolozzi – Part human, part machine, connected by visionary thoughts. The human head, laid on its left side, has been cut open, showing incisions, and is held together by snippets of quotes from some of the most visionary thinkers, such as Leonardo da Vinci. It appears as if the human mind is spilling out the ideas to create the machines the head is resting on, and through this, the mind creates the future. Good design not only creates beauty, it creates change.
