The Sculptura Dining Table is non-conformist at its core. Its beautiful hand-sculpted curves, which taper in and out, and its streamlined shape make it a sophisticated piece of art. It reveals new details and perspectives over time. Rittergut & Runnymede feels gifted and honoured to have found, after more than three-and-a-half years of searching, true masters of their trade: individuals who still work with the most traditional techniques, enhanced by modern furniture-making, and who can build this design. The joining method to build the complex table legs is traditionally used only in shipbuilding, and is used here for its strength and durability. The Sculptura is a piece so challenging to build, it nearly did not happen. It is a truly unconventional dining table.
